Webinar: Moving to remote work on Teams and SharePoint Online

Case study: Moving to remote work on Teams and SharePoint Online

Like many organizations, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba (CPSM) is going digital. This is a goal shared by many, but the COVID-19 pandemic was a catalyst that pushed organizations of all sizes to go digital NOW.

In this webinar, we share the story of how we helped the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba (CPSM) go digital with the Microsoft 365 platform.

Historically a paper-based organization, CPSM knew going digital would be a challenge, especially since this project – which sought to enable remote work for staff – would need to be conducted remotely. Questions arise: how can we become digital tomorrow when we needed to be digital yesterday? Where and how do we begin?

Gravity Union is proud to have assisted CPSM in achieving their goals, by delivering on our agile and iterative project delivery processes, and successfully conducting traditionally in-persons sessions remotely.

Takeaways:

  • How Agile project management methodologies are successful, with the support of M365 tools

  • The power and success of the iterative development approach, applied to SharePoint Online
