Change Management and training

A focus on adoption.

Digital transformation projects are challenging and complicated. They require integration and coordination of a wide range of information management systems and almost always requires a behavioral change from employees. As a result, many large-scale digital transformations initiatives fail to achieve wide-spread adoption and 100% success.

We come equipped with a proven methodology for planning, deploying, and driving adoption of your digital systems.

How we help

Training that works.

With most technology training, people are expected to learn a system in a one-day training session.  In almost every other domain of learning, whether it be cooking classes or guitar lessons, training is given in short sessions over a long period of time. These generally include the review of previous concepts and hands-on experience.

We develop training for teams that is completed in small hour-long sessions over several weeks, either in-person or remotely. This allows for practice between sessions which reinforces learning.

Actionable Change Management

Peer-to-peer support

We help you set an expectation of peer-to-peer support within the various groups to ensure front-line support for end-users as they make the transition to the platform. For example, we help ensure that Power Users are capable of front line support. This helps you build knowledge and capability within your organization and gives your staff the guidance they need.

Communities of Practice

Given the complexity and powerful functionality of content management solutions, we can help establish communities of practice so that representatives can discuss approaches, share success stories, and learn how to drive adoption and usage of the platform. These are powerful groups who can share knowledge within your organization after our work together has wrapped up.

Gravity Union helped educate and guide us throughout the entire implementation process. Gravity Union did a really good job in getting us set up, in terms of understanding what our needs and expectations were.”
