How we help
Training that works.
With most technology training, people are expected to learn a system in a one-day training session. In almost every other domain of learning, whether it be cooking classes or guitar lessons, training is given in short sessions over a long period of time. These generally include the review of previous concepts and hands-on experience.
We develop training for teams that is completed in small hour-long sessions over several weeks, either in-person or remotely. This allows for practice between sessions which reinforces learning.

We help you set an expectation of peer-to-peer support within the various groups to ensure front-line support for end-users as they make the transition to the platform.
