Gravity Union is on the 2021 List of Best Workplaces™ for Mental Wellness

Gravity Union is proud to announce that our organization has been named on the 2021 list of Best Workplaces™ for Mental Wellness. Gravity Union received this honour after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work®.

Mami Shimada Parsons, the Director of People and Culture at Gravity Union says:

“We’re honoured to be recognized on this list, especially as this past year was hard for all of us. Everyone on our team did their best to support one another, and we appreciate everyone’s kindness, empathy, patience and positivity. Thriving together in this new normal will take time, and we’re committed to supporting our amazing people, and customizing each individual’s experience at Gravity Union where possible to ensure a safe and healthy workplace for our team.”

The list is based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work®. The data has a 90% confidence and a plus or minus 5% margin of error.

To be eligible for this list, organizations must be Great Place to Work- Certified™ in the past year, and at least 80% of employees must agree their workplace is psychologically and emotionally healthy. They determined the BEST based the overall Mental Wellness Index score from employees. View the full list
