What does this recognition mean?

This partnership means we are recognized for the success we deliver to customers with Microsoft Content Services technology. This technology includes Microsoft 365, SharePoint and SharePoint Premium (previously SharePoint Syntex).

It also means that we have access to Microsoft to resolve any questions and share feedback from client scenarios as this technology gets improved and enhanced over time.

How we help our clients

We help our clients build usable content management solutions to turn information into knowledge. With this certification you can rest assured that we can help you and your knowledge managers configure an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution with the latest and greatest technology from Microsoft.

What is SharePoint Premium?

SharePoint Premium (previously Syntex) is part of our ECM offering because it automates tagging, topic creation, metadata extraction and document understanding. It uses machine intelligence with training from experts including knowledge/records managers.

SharePoint Premium uses AI — that you teach — to organize your content. You teach it to read your documents to recognize important information and automatically tag content.

The main features include:

  • Content understanding: Build AI models to extract metadata from documents such as agreements & forms

  • Content center: This is a new destination in SharePoint with new functionality for managing models

  • Content processing: Automate the capture, ingestion and categorization of content and add Power Automate for workflow

SharePoint Premium guides you through training an AI model as shown in the example below for contracts:

SharePoint Premium is licensed as an add-on to M365 E3/E5 plans, priced in a pay-as-you-go model.
