Michael is the Founder, CEO, and Principal Consultant of Gravity Union, a Vancouver-based Microsoft Solutions Partner and Collabware Gold Partner specializing in enterprise content management (ECM), records management, and digital transformation. Michael is a recognized leader in the information management space and a driving force behind Gravity Union’s people-centric approach to digital transformation. He founded the consultancy nearly a decade ago and has over 20 years of industry experience.

Michael is also the creator of the “Seven Pillars of ECM” philosophy, a former Microsoft Virtual Technology Specialist (VTS), and a recipient of the first Collabware MVP designation. He serves on the board of the Vancouver Office 365 User Group and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences.
