Celebrating 10 Years of Building a Great Place to Work® at Gravity Union

Vancouver, Canada — Gravity Union has once again been Certified™ by Great Place To Work®, marking its sixth year in a row earning the prestigious designation based entirely on employee feedback. And this year’s results are standout: 100% of employees say Gravity Union is a great place to work which is up from 76% in 2025. That dramatic year-over-year leap puts Gravity Union 40 points above the average U.S. company and signals a workplace culture firing on all cylinders.

For President and CEO Michael Schweitzer, the recognition reflects what matters most. “Being named a Great Place To Work again is a powerful reminder of what makes Gravity Union special and undoubtedly, it’s our people,” he said. “As we celebrate our tenth year in business, there’s no better milestone than knowing our team feels supported, valued, and excited about what’s ahead.”

That momentum is no accident. Over the past year, Gravity Union has doubled down on company culture through internal coaching programs, dedicated learning and development opportunities, and a team that is equal parts kind, fun and supportive.

“Coaching gives our team time to reflect, gain clarity, and build confidence as they set meaningful goals and strengthen performance,” said Yukari Bailey, People and Culture Manager. “This certification comes directly from our people and earning it six years in a row is something we’re incredibly proud of.”

Great Place To Work research shows why this recognition matters: job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified workplace. Employees are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and twice as likely to be paid fairly, share in company profits, and have a fair shot at promotion.
